Preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the milk and yeast sit together for 10 minutes. Add flour and sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes. Then add eggs and melted butter. Knead into non-sticky dough. Let sit for 1-2 hours.

Cut the dough into 12 equal parts. Roll each part out, add filling of your choice and close in half. Brush with eggwash and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
