Pear and arugula salad
A fresh and juicy salad that tempts with its appearance and taste. An excellent choice for a light lunch or dinner.

- 2 Piece pears
- 100 g arugula
- 50 g Nuts
Sos
- 3 spoons olive oil
- 2 spoons Between

1. Step
Slice the pears into thin slices, chop the nuts.
2. Step
Place the arugula on the plates, then put pear slices on it, sprinkle with nuts.
3. Step
Prepare the sauce: in a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Season with salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Step
Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
5. Step
Sprinkle the salad with flax seeds.
