- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 egg
- 1⁄2 Cup milk
- 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
- Food colouring
- 1 apple
- ginger

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Step
Mix the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and flour into a batter. Fill your patty pan about halfway full.
3. Step
Grate the apple, and add ginger and sugar to taste. Place a teaspoon of this apple mixture into each patty.
4. Step
Add food colouring to the remaining batter and pour into the patties, over the apple.
5. Step
Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
