- 1 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1. Step
Peel potatoes and put into a pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil until cooked.

Drain well and let cool.

Shred them onto a dish towel. Then, squeeze out any water and put in a large bowl.
