Snickers without baking

I'm a big fan of nut-based desserts and love chocolate, so this treat is one of my favorites. It's a great alternative to traditional Snickers bars, with the added bonus that it doesn't require baking.

Directions

30 min.
1. Step

In a blender, grind the nuts into fine ĸawałĸi. Don't process them to a completely smooth paste; the nut pieces will add texture to the bars.

2. Step

Add peanut butter, dates and vanilla extract. Blend all ingredients together until a sticky, homogeneous mass is formed. If the mixture is too dry, add a few tablespoons of water.

3. Step

Transfer the mixture to a plastic container lined with baking paper. Flatten out with a sponge or spoon. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

4. Step

In a small pot, over low heat, combine cocoa and honey, stir until you have a smooth chocolate glaze.

5. Step

Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and pour the chocolate glaze evenly over it. Sprinkle with a light pinch of sea salt, if using.

6. Step

Put back in the refrigerator for another hour to let the chocolate set.

7. Step

After this time, take out and cut into portions. Store the finished Snickers bars in the refrigerator.
