- 16 sweet biscuits
- 100 g cherry
- 250 g coconut
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
- 125 g butter
- 1⁄2 spoon red food colouring
- 200 g milk chocolate

1. Step
Arrange biscuits over a baking pan.
2. Step
Mix condensed milk, vanilla essence, butter and food colouring in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Step
Add chopped cherries and coconut. Mix until all ingredients changed their original colour.
4. Step
Place the mixture over the biscuits and press to cover evenly. Repeat until cover to the top.
5. Step
Spread chocolate over the top of the slice. Stand for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
6. Step
Cut, serve and enjoy!
