1. Step

Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. Line a square baking tray (about 20.5cm large) with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.

3. Step

In a small saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), vanilla extract, and sea salt over medium heat until all the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

5. Step

Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tray and evenly press down with a spatula.

6. Step

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden.

7. Step

Allow the bars to cool completely in the tray before cutting them into 12 individual bars.

8. Step

The muesli bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
