Meanwhile, prepare the filling - separately beat the egg whites with salt and mix the other ingredients in another bowl. Get a baking tray lined with baking paper ready. Grate ½ of the dough, spread the mixed egg whites with curd, grate the remaining dough evenly. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
