Fit Banana Bread

A healthy and nutritious alternative to traditional bread. Banana bread is full of fiber and proteins that will keep us full for a long time. It tastes great even the next day, so we can prepare it in advance and have a quick breakfast or snack during the day.

  • 60 grams white Greek yogurt Added to
  • 30 millilitres Between Added to
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Added to
  • 240 grams Whole grain flour Added to
  • 50 grams oat flakes Added to
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder Added to
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Added to
  • 1 pinch salt Added to
  • 15 g chocolate Added to
  • ground nuts Added to

1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the pan.

2. Step

Mash the bananas in the bowl.

3. Step

Add eggs, yogurt, chopped chocolate, ground nuts, honey, and vanilla extract, and mix well.

4. Step

Gradually add dry ingredients and mix.

5. Step

Pour the mixture into a pre-prepared mold and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.

6. Step

Let the banana bread cool before slicing.
