Then, add in water 2 T at a time, mixing after each addition.
3. Step
Continue adding water until desired consistency is reached.
4. Step
Use colour icing as needed: yellow, orange, hot pink, turquoise, lilac, and lime green.
5. Step
Pipe out and decorate sprinkles, then let set for at least 8 hours or overnight.
