- 5 mashed ripe bananas
- 450 g sifted flour
- 3 spoon baking soda

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the trays, buttered and floured.
2. Step
Place the butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of the stand mixer and mix on low speed.
3. Step
Add the eggs one at a time, and then add the bananas.
4. Step
Still, insert the flour with baking powder and baking soda at low speed. Mix well and then pour into the three pans.
5. Step
American buttercream with Oreo cookie bits is the perfect filling. Bake for 30 minutes to 180°C. Leave to cool and stuff the layers as desired.
6. Step
Decorate with frosting and swiss meringue cream.
