Dark Cod on Butter

This simple recipe is a perfect way to enjoy tasty and healthy dark cod. The cod is fried on butter until golden brown, which gives it a rich and delicious taste. This dish is ideal for a quick lunch or a romantic dinner.

1. Step

We melt the butter in the pan.

2. Step

Season the pork with salt and pepper, then fry it on both sides on a pan with butter.

3. Step

Bake for about 10 minutes on each side, until the cod is golden brown and fully cooked.

4. Step

We serve the cod warm, it can be complemented with lemon juice or a vegetable side dish to taste.
