We need
- 350 g grated zucchini
- 300 g spelt flour
- 150 g Sugar crystal
- 2 pcs egg
- 150 ml The oil can also be coconut
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts gingerbread spices
- 50 ml milk
On ganache
- 200 g chocolate
- 200 ml whipping cream
- minced Peanuts
For decoration
- a Lyophilized raspberries almond flakes

60 min.
Mix the zucchini with the wet ingredients, to which we gradually add the dry ones. Stir well and put on a baking sheet with baking paper measuring 20 x 20 cm and bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. After baking and cooling, we apply the ganache, which we prepare by pouring hot cream over broken chocolate. After 3 minutes, stir and add crushed peanuts.
