Creamy Spinach Chicken Breast with Pasta
This recipe takes the traditional Italian-style creamy chicken pasta up a notch by adding spinach. This dish is quick and easy to prepare, and offers a tasty, nutritious result for the whole family.
Ingredients
Chicken breast and spinach
- 500 Gram chicken breast
- 300 Gram fresh spinach
Pasta and sauce
- 400 Gram pasta
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 spoon olive oil

Preparing the chicken breast: wash the chicken breast and cut it up. Set it aside.
Wash the spinach and set it aside.
Let's prepare the pasta: Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and olive oil. Add the pasta and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
Cook the chicken breast and the spinach. When the oil is heated, add a few pieces of chicken breast. Cook it over medium heat until the chicken becomes golden brown. Then add the fresh spinach and continue cooking until the spinach falls apart.
Preparing and assembling the sauce. Mix together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well so that all the pasta pieces are coated in the sauce.
