- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ginger
- garlic
- Chilli Powder
- ground black pepper

In a saucepan, pour the water and add the sugar. Stir. When the sugar has dissolved completely, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.
2. Step
Place the water with the dissolved sugar in a bowl, add the miso paste and mix well.
3. Step
Add the lemon juice, mirin, vinegar, chopped garlic, ginger, chilli powder and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well integrated.
