Recipe for baked egg flan recipe with condensed milk

- 1 can Condensed milk
- 5 Eggs
- 1 can of milk
- 1 mug crystal sugar
- 1⁄2 mug Of water
- 1 cdta vanilla

Start by preheating the oven to 180 C.
To make the caramel, heat the sugar with the water in a saucepan over medium heat until completely melted and golden in color. This step is crucial to the success of your flan because if you burn it, it can give a bitter taste to the whole dessert.
Quickly pour the caramel into the bottom of a flan mold and swirl it around to cover the bottom completely. The caramel will harden quickly.
Then beat the eggs in a large bowl with the condensed milk, milk and vanilla until everything is well blended.
Then pour the mixture over the caramel in the mold, making sure to pour it evenly to avoid air bubbles.
Then place the mold in a larger baking pan and fill the pan halfway with hot water, which will create a bain-marie, essential to give the flan that creamy texture everyone loves.
Bake for 1 hour until firm to the touch.
Let the flan cool before unmolding and then you can start serving it.
